The following products have a limited warranty for the following time periods:
1 Year Limited Warranty:
Continuum, Q-Zone Queen, Q-Zone Hoop-Frame, Quilter’s Creative Touch 5, SureStitch and Luminess Light Station
We may, at our discretion, extend the warranty as circumstances dictate. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part containing problems due to our manufacturing or defects in materials. This warranty does not cover parts damaged through misuse, improper storage, improper assembly, loss, natural events, or willful destruction. Parts must be returned to the Grace Company, shipping prepaid, before we can repair or replace them. We will promptly return the repaired/replaced part at our expense if the problem is brought to our attention within a year of the purchase date. After one year customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Grace Products purchased from our dealers are subject to the Dealer’s refund policies. However, we stand behind our product warranties, whether purchased direct from us or any of our reputable dealers. We also handle all part replacement and technical support direct. Simply call us toll-free, for technical support and replacement parts needs.
Grace Products Money-Back Guarantee
The Grace Company has a reputation for highly functional quilting frames and hoops. They do exactly what we claim they do. We are confident this will be your experience as well and want you to feel confident that your purchase will result is complete satisfaction. If this is not the case, and we have erred, we will fix it! If you have erred (in assembly or fabric installation), we will help you! If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the complete amount of the item purchased.* We may even use our discretion to extend the guarantee beyond 30 days while we help you through the solutions to your problems, as long as you have initially made us aware of the problem within 30 days of purchase. Risk-free purchasing is what you deserve, and it’s what you get with any direct purchase from the Grace Company.

Q'nique Quilter Warranty
The Grace Company guarantees the following electrical parts on the Qnique Grace Sewing Machine System with a 1-year limited warranty
(15M, 15R, 15 Pro, 19, 21, and 21 Pro):
- Front Handles/Buttons
- LCD, Encoders
- Stitch Regulator
- Power Supply
- All other wiring and electronics.
The Grace Company guarantees these electrical parts against manufacturing defects for the first year of ownership on all Qnique models.
The Grace Company warrants all non-electric, mechanical parts on the Qnique Quilting Machine against mechanical failure due to manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after initial purchase.
The Grace Company warrants the cast metal body of the Qnique Quilting Machine to be free of defects or imperfections causing product failure for up to 5 years after initial purchase.
This means Grace Company will replace parts that they deem to be faulty, or that fail due to what the Grace Company determines to be manufacturing defects. The customer pays all shipping and labor fees. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase. The warranty does not transfer to a secondary owner.
Any parts damaged by the customer do require payment.
The Warranty period begins at the time of the customer’s purchase from Grace Company or a dealer (not from the time of the dealer’s purchase). Customer proof of purchase should be obtained if no warranty card for the customer exists.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of proper machine maintenance.
The following products have a 30-day limited warranty:
- StraightCut Cutter
- Linear Sharpener
- All Blades
- All Rulers
- Cutting Mats
- Non-Slip Pads
The following products have a 1-year limited warranty:
- TrueSharp 2 Power Sharpener
Grace Company/TrueCut guarantees all parts for the according to the time periods above.
This means Grace Company will replace faulty parts that fail or are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects. Cost of shipping is also generally paid for by the Grace Company.
Any parts damaged by the customer do require payment, both for the part and for shipping.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty DOES NOT TRANSFER to a secondary owner.
